I worked at my care giving job today and came home and cleaned and I’m exhausted. It’s very hot which adds to the exhaust but Anna (daughter) and I made progress in our rather hoarded upstairs. I am moving some of my bio mom’s things to second hand and trying to find my style. An unbelievably long process but getting there! Lots of painting and repairs to the house need to be done.
A friend is going to come help do some wall painting next week. I need to do some drywall repairs this weekend. And then scoot stuff. Looking forward to it!
My cousin suggested some cousins could come help. Not sure how she would pull it off (they are about 8 hours away) but just the thought of it made me so happy I was in tears last night. I sure love having family after all these years but wish we were closer.
Well, I am going to do just one more thing tonight and call it a night!
