Joyful Healing and Christmas

I just received this for my Christmas village. I have worked to include houses that remind me of family members. I struggled to find anything for my bio mom who was an alcoholic. For a long time I couldn’t see beyond that but I spotted this and knew my village needed this. She was an avid counted cross stitcher. She was also a painter and she wrote amazing stories, though I have none of those. When I was 16 or so, she had a psychotic break and burned volumes, before I could stop her. I have an art gallery too and her paintings should have been in a gallery but she couldn’t see that. I am glad to get past the pain and honor the person she was without the elements of borderline personality disorder with sociopath tendencies.
