Oh my. We had confirmation at church today and the Bishop was there. I had helped the class a bit. In any case, mass started and a candle tips over into a vase of roses. Bishop Brenen was speaking, I look around for a more adult to do something but no one moves. I rush up, catch Father Thein’s attention and all is well but I never want to be that close to a Bishop speaking or flowers trying to catch on fire again!
It was a powerful day. Lots of things to reflect on. Joyful healing and joyful family.
