I am a daily shower taker. I haven’t taken a shower since Friday morning. I made myself take a shower this evening. A victory.
I, honestly, don’t feel abnormally depressed but just too exhausted to do much. I have chronic pain that is way out of control right now. I don’t know how to even sort all of this out. Sadly, I don’t have much hope for the doctor’s appointment.
Tomorrow will be better.
