Crying
A friend lost their dog today. I realized I have gotten very good at crying silently. I don’t share anything like that with my husband. Frankly, I’m very careful what I do share. It just isn’t worth the trouble of having to justify my feelings.

I have had chronicly painful feet since I was 13. My feet are badly deformed and, at 13, I left home, and no longer had access to the orthotics I needed.
