Oh my gosh. I just realized a whole behavior pattern with John!! He won’t do most the things I ask. I ask, I know I am going to be hurt and disappointed, but I ask. Abandonment 101! Childhood trauma. I will no longer ask. I just do it and get outside help (you tube or books) if I need it. This isn’t his fault, it is mine! I am so excited. I’m not comfortable finishing the bathroom but I can do tons of other stuff and, by spring, I’ll do that. Okay, bathroom gets to be a village room for the holidays!!
